I reserve the right to publicly share or stream my work in any format, except for private commissions (with limited exceptions).

I may decline any commission that makes me uncomfortable or that I’m not confident I can complete to a high standard.

I may also decline requests that involve copying another artist’s rigging style.

I am not responsible for any misunderstandings resulting from failure to read these Terms of Service thoroughly.

You are allowed to stream and monetize content using the model on your chosen platform.

Sharing the model file with others is strictly prohibited.

Reusing any part of the commissioned work for other personal or commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

Use of the model or its assets in blockchain-related technologies (e.g., NFTs or cryptocurrency) is strictly forbidden.

Use of the model or illustration in AI-related technologies (e.g., AI art generators) is also strictly forbidden.

The client is fully responsible for any issues or controversies arising from the use of the model. The artist bears no responsibility for any resulting consequences.

Rigging projects usually take 2–3 months for lower-tier work and 4–5 months for higher-tier work. Timelines may be longer depending on the complexity—especially if the model includes many toggles, features, or detailed components, which require more time to complete. Please also keep in mind that time zone differences may occasionally cause communication delays.

Please do not rush me, as it creates unnecessary pressure and can impact the quality of my work. I also manage personal responsibilities outside of work, so your patience is appreciated.

Clients will be updated on any delays or issues as soon as possible, both privately and publicly.

All Prices are in USD & Include Fees, payments are accepted only via PayPal or Wise Invoice. You may pay in full upfront or choose a payment plan. Clients who pay in full may use the model immediately. Those on a payment plan must wait until the full amount is paid before using the model.

Commissions are not first-come, first-served. I review each application and will contact selected clients. Declined applicants may also be contacted, though this may take time.

No slot reservations will be accepted. Due to limited availability, not all applications will be accepted. I typically work on one or two commissions at a time and will reopen slots once current projects are complete.

Only the features listed in the initial invoice will be included. Any new features or changes must be discussed when commissions reopen, unless otherwise agreed.

I do not accept commissions with deadlines under 1 Month.

A privacy fee of 20% of the total price will be charged.

This 20% privacy fee also applies to NSFW projects.

Before the client's model is officially debuted, I will not live stream or share any work-in-progress (WIP) images or videos on my social media. Instead, I will provide the client with exclusive updates on the commission's progress.

Clients are welcome to share WIP or progress images/videos on their own social media, as long as proper credit is given unless otherwise directed by me or the artist.

After the model has been debuted, I may release a showcase video that includes appropriate credit to the client and any contributing artists.

A full refund is only possible if work on the model has not been started yet.

Please ensure you are fully committed before placing a commission. Canceling after payment may lead to complications, including non-refundable PayPal fees.

Initiating a chargeback will result in the loss of all rights to the commissioned work. You will also be permanently blacklisted from future purchases, and your information may be shared with other artists and riggers to prevent further transactions.
